When it comes to commercial property for sale or rent - industrial land or warehousing, each client's requirements are different. With some companies or individuals requiring short-term storage solutions in Slovenia and others needing serviced warehousing for the medium or long-term, flexibility and choice is essential : general goods storage, pallet storage, bulk storage, storage of perishable goods such as food and liquids, goods that require temperature-controlled surroundings, warehousing for hazardous materials, bonded goods or high-value stock or industrial land.
In Slovenia there are business zones ranging from 1 to up to 400 ha in size. Industrial land (20 to 50ha) located near main transport routes is already considered as being a pinpoint for regional development.
Most of the newly developed industrial zones in Slovenia are located close to rail lines and with direct access to main roads or the highway cross. Infrastructure is mostly well developed and access to service connections is also available.
